Another New Vehicle For Fleet Upgrade

As part of our on-going fleet upgrade, Twenty Twelve Civils has invested in yet another new vehicle for our fleet.

The new Euro6, DAF CF 230, 18 tonne rigid vehicle with HIAB lorry loader, has been equipped for full compliance with both FORS and TfL current and future requirements.

As well as rear and forward-facing cameras, near side sensors with visual and audio warning, the vehicle has been fitted with a ‘Progressive Safe System’ required by Tfl to work within their area of authority from October 2024.

The new PSS system was fitted by ‘Traffic Angel’ of Uckfield, who will be upgrading all Twenty Twelve HGV vehicles in the coming months.

All vehicles being fully compliant by May 2024, 5 months ahead of the new TfL requirements.
