Bryn Knight: Operations Director
Bryn Joined Twenty Twelve Civils (previously Three D Communications Ltd) in 2006 as Operations Manager, having previously been employed in a similar role with a national power distribution company for over fifteen years.
In conjunction with the commencement of major new contracts and changes in the company structure, Bryn became Operations Director in 2011 responsible for setting the future direction for the evolved company. More recently Bryn has overseen the measured contract driven expansion of Twenty Twelve Civils Ltd and continues to raise the company profile in this specialist streetworks sector, Bryn specialises in managing a large multi skilled workforce based over
a wide site network.
Bryn has been the architect of the company’s training and competency programme and is committed to providing development opportunities for all staff. Bryn is a NEEBOSH General Certificate holder and a member of IOSH.
Steve Shenton: Engineering Director
Steve joined Twenty Twelve Civils in 2014 to assume the day to day running of existing operations and to play a key role in the identification and development of new business opportunities.
Steve has over twenty years’ experience in the power utilities sector : domestic, commercial and industrial, in technical management, design and estimating.
Steve holds NRSWA Supervisors qualification and I.O.S.H. management qualifications
Tom Wiltshire: Field Team Manager
Tom is enjoying his second spell of employment with Twenty Twelve Civils. Returning after five and a half years working as a Supervisor with UK Power Networks, Power Care; the civil arm of UK Power Networks.
Tom originally joined Twenty Twelve Civils Ltd (Then 3D Communications) in 2010, during in the lead up to the London Olympics and in conjunction with Transport for London’s shelter upgrade programme.
Tom has worked on all of Twenty Twelve Civils projects for Clear Channel UK, London Landmark shelters, Adshel Live, digital advertising and New World Payphones NGT Kiosks.
Sarah Knight: HR and Project Manager
Sarah joined Twenty Twelve Civils’ in July 2016 as a part-time HR adviser.
Sarah has an honours degree in business & human resources management and a wealth of HR experience in the pubic and private sectors and as a consultant for small and medium sized businesses.
Sarah provides strategic and operational HR advice.
In 2017 Sarah stepped into the role of Project manager and leads the day-to-day management of projects within the business.
She also holds a NRSWA Supervisor Qualification.
Andy Nicholls: Health Safety and Inventory Manager
Andy joined Twenty Twelve Civils (Then 3D Communications Ltd) in 2011 and has worked in all roles and on all projects.
With the move to Telford Park in 2022 Andy became Health Safety and Inventory Manager, working closely with our Senior H&S Advisor, Jon Hipkin. Andy has acquired his NEEBOSH General Certificate in 2023.
